With catchy songs ranging between hard rock and modern alternative rock, POWER STATE deliver an energetic and distinctive sound on their self-titled debut album, set for release on December 5, 2025 via Lucky Bob Records. Formed in 2022 by Toby Austin Breitenbach, Robby Siemens, and Pogo together with Norman Bites (ex-The New Roses), the band quickly made an impact. After early success and the singles “Not My Nation” and “Lion’s Fight,” Bites left the group in 2024. As a trio, POWER STATE went on to release “Crash And Burn,” “Bang Bang,” “The Perfect Lie,” and “Titans,” further defining their modern rock sound. Breitenbach’s lyrics explore fallen heroes, generational conflicts, and the complexities of human relationships. “Not My Nation” revisits a track from their previous band Absolute, while “Rise And Shine” is a heartfelt dedication to his twin children. Groovy, modern, and inspired by rock from the ’70s to the ’90s, POWER STATE blend heaviness with melody and a touch of irony. The album was produced in 2024 at Studios 301 Frankfurt by Nils Knecht (known for his work with Rammstein, Till Lindemann, and Ghost). Fans can experience POWER STATE live on the “Bending The Rules” Tour with Nazareth in November/December 2025.
