The uncompromising fusion of classic death metal and melody, as well as powerful riffs reminiscent of the old Gothenburg school, meet rousing grooves that invite you to bang your head. Nevertheless, Helldrifter maintain a very good balance between heaviness and melody, as well as speed and groove. All songs convince with variety and skillfully chosen compositions. In parts, "Helldrifter - Shell Of Inexsistence" is reminiscent of classics like Death's Symbolic or The Sound of Perseverance - but fresh and not a dusty copy!

Lyrically, "Shell Of Inex sistence" deals with dark and existentially threatening themes: From the nuclear end of mankind, to the psychoanalysis of the human soul, to socially critical topics, such as wars and suicide. "Shell of Inexistence" is not only a powerful musical statement, but also an intense lyrical work that delves deep into the abysses of the psyche and society.

"Shell Of Inexsistence" was recorded, produced and mixed under the direction of Roland Böffgen and Helldrifter at Hard Drive Sound Studios in Stuttgart. The guitar and bass tracks were recorded under the direction of Vasilis Monopoulos in the band's own studios. The final polish and mastering was carried out by Kai Stahlenberg at Kohlekeller Studio in Seeheim-Jugenheim. Giannis Nakos (Remedy Design), who has already created the artwork for Suffocation, Morbid Angel, Cryptopsy and The Crown, among others, was commissioned with the visual realization.
