After reaching #11 in the official German Album Charts with their outstanding album "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück" in June 2021, Tanzwut, pioneers of the German Medieval Rock, are now releasing "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück (Special Edition)" and "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück (Live)" on 17th December 2021!

With "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück" the jugglers surrounding frontman Teufel proved that they rightfully belong to the elite of the German Medieval Rock scene for almost three decades, celebrating both national and international success. With this album the band shows their impressive musical versatility and proves once again that they know how to captivate their audience with both strong and calm sounds.
Their lyrics are self-critical, meaningful, hilarious and straight from the heart. Teufel, the mastermind, knows exactly how to tell stories in a perfect all-round concept. "Johann" relates the dark legend around the last german executioner Johann Reichart describing the "everyday life" of this heartless man.
"Berlin" is a love letter to Teufel's hometown. It describes the city as a girlfriend, who both deceives and cheats on him - but the one he loves regardless.
Partying songs as "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück" and "Pack feat. Saltatio Mortis" already became fan favourites and provided great atmospheres and crowded dance floors at live shows and festivals. Furthermore, their music videos won the hearts of the fans and keep getting more and more clicks.
In order to ease us the waiting until their next tour, Tanzwut announced the release of "Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück (Live)" alongside their fantastic new studio album. During the Online Music Festival 2021 the band recorded some of their classics, as well as new tracks. This high-quality production is Tanzwut's first live CD and will certainly spice up the anticipation to their upcoming tour in spring 2022. It will be available as a 1-CD-Digipak, as well as in the “Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück (Special Edition)” in a high-quality cardboard box containing both, the 2-CD-Digipak of “Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück” and the 1-CD-Digipak “Die Tanzwut kehrt zurück (Live)".
