The album "The Ropes – Deluxe 'Monolith' Edition" is set for release in November 2021 and will include the 12 original tracks, mixed in NYC by Brian Robbins (Bring Me the Horizon, Asking Alexandria) and mastered by Andy Van Dette (Porcupine Tree, David Bowie). Additionally, it features 12 incredible remixes created by David Weber (sound engineer for Young Gods), Mokroïé and Aura Shred (French electro artists), as well as Greco Rossetti (sound engineer for Nitzer Ebb), along with versions crafted by the band themselves.
The title of the first remix, "Twelve Inches of Trouble," pays homage to the golden age of twelve-inch singles—vinyl maxi 45s that showcased remixes from Depeche Mode, The Cure, and Nine Inch Nails, artists that influenced the band during their formative years. "The sound of TRANK sits at the intersection of various styles, and some influences are more apparent in these remixes: we hope they will provide an opportunity for electro, industrial, and post-punk fans to discover our music."
