10 classic Heavy Metal tracks, from the gripping anthem to the uptempo headbanger. Blackslash was founded in Donaueschingen in the Black Forest in 2007. Old-school heavy metal, that's what the five guys around band founder and bassist Alec Trojan stand for with enthusiasm, as they have already proven at numerous performances. The galloping bass run is reminiscent of Iron Maiden, two-part guitar solos inevitably evoke nostalgic memories of Thin Lizzy, while the melodic vocal parts of singer and frontman Clemens Haas perfectly complement the sound. It all started with the release of the "Blackslash EP" from 2011. The rough, unpolished Metal was the first step into the new era of traditional Heavy Metal. Since then, the 5 guys have been bringing this attitude to life closer to the loyal supporters of Metal live and with each new release. Now finally the highly anticipated new album.
