The Belgian White Heat met in 1980 and released the albums "White Heat" (1982), "Krakatoa" (1983) and "Runnin' For Life" (1985). At the end of 1986, White Heat disbanded. The legend status is mainly based on the debut, recorded by singer Tigo Fawzi, guitarists Dirk Cleyburgh and Robby Walter, bassist Stan Verfaillie and drummer Frank Pauwels. The music on the album is Hard Rock of the early eighties with a sharp edge NWoBHM and Hard Rock influences by Krokus, AC/DC, Whitesnake or Van Halen. Songs that are catchy and melodic, while at the same time exciting with their energy. The songs from the White Heat album have all been remastered and are now released in fresh splendour of the re-release by Karthago Records. It's time to rediscover White Heat.
