Czakan - State Of Confusion - CD

Re-release of the much acclaimed Czakan debut album ?State of Confusion ?, which was record of the month in the ?Metal Star ? when it was released in 1989 and sold around 25000 units in Germany.

Outstanding remastering by Robin Schmidt in the 24-96 Mastering Karlsruhe, which brings the '89 production far more than just today's level. Founded in the Black Forest in 1987, they went to Manchester in the United Kingdom with the first song ?Tears ? to record this title professionally in the studio of Darryl Johnston (Shy, Thin Lizzy), released on the "Rock Meets Metal" compilation.

After that, none other than Reinhold Mack (Queen, Rolling Stones, ELO and many more) came forward, he put Czakan on the next step of the career ladder. ?Free Line ? and ?She is a Woman ? were recorded. Frank Bornemann, owner of the hallowed halls of the Horus Sound Studio Hannover and mastermind at Eloy, knocked.

He signed Czakan to Edition Metromania in April 1988. In June 1989, Czakan entered Horus Sound Studios in Hanover and then strike their big hit during that summer. ?State of Confusion ? was born. Already after the first bars it became clear that this band can easily compete with international competition.

A tour in support of the 20th Anniversary Tour of Uriah Heep across the republic followed. After that, the trace of this brilliant band was unfortunately lost in the sands of time... to date... because Czakan is back. With a terrific remaster of ?State of Confusion ? and a lot of news for spring 2023.
