In May 1990, Bowie and his band performed two shows at the Tokyo Dome in the Japanese capital, which were both extraordinary concerts, and both remain fondly remembered by the Japanese fans who attended.

And the second of these dates, 16th May, was recorded for live, simultaneous FM broadcast on Japanese radio.
