Meimuna - Bestiaire II - 10" vinyl

She has a great ability of letting a multitude of emotions shine: instinctual, sensual, adventurous, impressionistic. Cyrielle Formaz has recently been working under the moniker Meimuna. The name stems from a specific type of cicada. The similarities between the insect, ranging from the order of Hemiptera and the artist show in metamorphosis and rebirth as reigning symbols, because the 24 year old swiss resident has already led a life as a member of the band Macaô.
