CACTUS has earned the nickname "American LED ZEPPELIN" due to their explosive blues rock style, subtle yet undeniably brilliant musicianship, and an energetic stage presence that has made them a staple in rock stadiums worldwide. Now, the band is back with a new album titled "Tightrope." Still led by iconic drummer Carmine Appice alongside long-time members Jimmy Kunes on vocals and Randy Pratt on harmonica, "Tightrope" is, according to Appice, "one of the best albums CACTUS has ever made. From the songwriting to the production, we've truly taken a step forward." They are joined by new guitarist/vocalist Paul Warren (formerly of Rod Stewart, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker) and bassist James Caputo. "Tightrope" will also delight long-time CACTUS fans with special appearances from original guitarist Jim McCarty and singer Phil Naro.
