In 2026, MAD MAX celebrate their 45th anniversary with “Stories Of Destiny”, a very special studio album built around songs that founder and bandleader Jürgen Breforth co-wrote with renowned names from the rock and metal world. Reimagined in true MAD MAX style, the album features material connected to Sascha Gerstner of HellowEEN, David Readman of Pink Cream 69, Andreas Broon of The Sisters Of Mercy and Michael Voss of Michael Schenker.
The record also includes two previously unreleased MAD MAX songs from 1991, “Til’ The End Of Time” and “Weapons Of Love”. New UK singer Alan Clark makes his studio debut with the band, while original MAD MAX vocalist Andreas Baesler returns for the first time in 45 years, including a powerful duet on “Piece Of Candy” and its Spanish version “Dulces Falsos”, a tribute to the band’s Latin American fans.
