ANNO DOMINI takes up the story of Black Sabbath in 89, two decades and many line-up changes after the band's revolutionary career as Metal movement.
By then, the band had consolidated around riff master and founding member Tony Iommi, drummer Cozy Powell, singer Tony Martin and long-time Black Sabbath collaborator, keyboardist Geoff Nicholls.
This prolific period was marked by the albums 'Headless Cross' (1989), 'Tyr' (1990), 'Cross Purposes' (1994) and 'Forbidden' (1995), all of which are included in this box set, which features the remastered versions of 'Headless Cross' and 'Tyr'.
This boxed set features remastered versions - and remixes in the case of 'Forbidden' - of these four albums, that have not been available for a long time.
Also included in the box set is a 40-page booklet with photos, artwork, liner notes by Hugh Gilmour, a "Headless Cross" poster and a replica of the concert book from the "Headless Cross" tour.
