Beautiful, dense shoegaze work by this Franco-German friendship - the debut album by the band YEAHRS! A mixture of melancholic, floating sounds in the spirit of SLOWDIVE and Kevin Shields (MBV) and brutal, aesthetic outbursts that you would attribute to classics such as GANG OF FOUR or Steve Albini's BIG BLACK, and which makes you feel that the band has also gone through a harder post-punk phase in the course of its history. In recent years, YEAHRS have already made a name for themselves in the current alternative scene with EPs and singles and have toured France, the UK and Europe with bands such as NOTHING, SOFT KILL, SWERVEDRIVER, EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, HOTLINE TNT etc. For the first album, Oyémi Héssou from the already famous shoegazers JAGUWAR joined the band as a permanent member on guitar.
