Celebrating 20 years of a landmark release! Finnish metal pioneers AMORPHIS mark the 20th anniversary of their acclaimed 2006 album Eclipse with a special reissue.
Founded in Helsinki in 1990, AMORPHIS have established themselves as one of the most influential names in European metal. Released in 2006, Eclipse marked a defining turning point in the band's career, introducing vocalist Tomi Joutsen and bringing growling vocals back into their signature melancholic sound. The album opened a new chapter for AMORPHIS and remains one of the most significant releases in their extensive discography.
Featuring the fan favourite and live staple “House Of Sleep”, which has surpassed 20 million streams on Spotify, Eclipse became the band's first album to reach No. 1 on the Finnish charts, cementing its place as a milestone in their career.
Two decades later, Eclipse remains an essential part of the AMORPHIS catalogue – now available to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
