Ancient Dome is an Italian thrash metal band formed in 2000 in Saronno, blending Bay Area influences with melodic aggression. After early demos, they released Human Key in 2009 via Punishment 18 Records, followed by two more albums and years of underground activity before disbanding in 2019. In mid-2019, the band decided to re-record Human Key for its 10th anniversary—not to improve it, but as a tribute to its raw spirit. Although recording was completed, life events delayed its release. In 2024, a message from former vocalist Jerry revived the project, and now the band celebrates the 15th anniversary of a record that still defines them—a final, personal salute to their journey.
