CD re-issue of the fifth full-length from pioneering Belgian metal act ANCIENT RITES!
Looking back and learning from the past in order to progress has always been a strongpoint of ANCIENT RITES. Formed in 1988, this historic band is responsible for redefining Black Metal by adding their very own touch of Folk, Death, Viking and even some Power Metal, and combined it into a powerful musical tribute to their ancient ancestors.
Nearly 20 years later, ANCIENT RITES, wiser and stronger from age and experience, deliver a multi-faceted yet furious album of ancient, evil and idealistic metal.
'Rvbicon' illustrates the band’s will for progression with total disregard for boundaries.
It sets the pace once again for a bright future, firmly rooted in the band’s ancestral past.
