Somewhere between Progressive and Symphonic Metal, Benighted Soul blends a multitude of influences enriched with philharmonic orchestrations and a choir. From Pop to Extreme Metal, the band transports us to a dense and varied universe, far from the traditional medieval or "fantasy" sounds of Symphonic Metal. The chameleon-like vocals of Géraldine, at times Rock and captivating, at other times lyrical and crystalline, reveal the emotions of Anesidora, the band's mascot and the centerpiece of the concept for this new album: "Start from Scratch."
