To celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, Tigre is back on vinyl for the very first time!
"It's the song of anger" shouts Darcy's frontman in "Bile Jaune", the title track of the EP released in late 2011. There is no better way to sum up Darcy's sound. Discovered as the opening act for No One Is Innocent, Mass Hysteria, or Luke, the band from Rennes presented their debut album, titled Tigre, in 2016.
Darcy digs up the hatchet: the sound is rock, sometimes punk, and the vocals are spoken, rapped, or screamed to get the message across and tell stories. The words are raw, often crude, delivering an uncompromising assessment of a generation overwhelmed by its surroundings.
So, learn your lesson! If silence is golden, then noise is Darcy!
