GRAMMY-nominated extreme power metal pioneers DRAGONFORCE will release their tenth studio album, DragonForce, on March 19, 2027 via Napalm Records. The album marks a major new chapter in the history of the band: with Alissa White-Gluz as their new frontwoman and Alessio Garavello as their second permanent vocalist, DRAGONFORCE feature two full-time singers for the first time. White-Gluz, known as the former frontwoman of Arch Enemy and currently as the vocalist of Blue Medusa, brings not only her signature intensity, but also her songwriting experience to the band. The two vocalists are joining founding members and guitar virtuosos Herman Li and Sam Totman, alongside bassist Alicia Vigil and drummer Gee Anzalone. Since their formation in 1999, DRAGONFORCE have set the benchmark for high-speed power metal worldwide. Their platinum-selling hit “Through the Fire and Flames” became a global phenomenon through Guitar Hero III, while Inhuman Rampage achieved Gold status and spent 23 weeks on the Billboard 200.

“Hunger Of The Beast” kicks off this new chapter with rapid-fire guitars, driving drums, infectious melodies and the combined energy of the two exceptional vocalists. The track blends classic DRAGONFORCE elements with White-Gluz’s more extreme vocals and Garavello’s classic power metal approach, immediately showcasing the new dynamic at the heart of the album. “Neverending Nightmare” continues the high-speed assault with captivating melodies and virtuosic guitar work, while “The White Wolf” reveals another facet of the new material, combining DRAGONFORCE’s melodic power metal foundation with explosive instrumentation and monumental guitar work. Across DragonForce, the band consciously brings back some of the raw energy and intensity of their early records while pushing those elements forward through their new lineup. The result is fast, heavy, catchy and driven by the uncompromising musicianship that has always defined DRAGONFORCE.

For Herman Li and Sam Totman, the tenth album is far more than a milestone: it represents the next major step in the band’s evolution, bringing more than two decades of experience into a record that refuses to simply repeat the past. Producer Jens Bogren, who recorded the album together with DRAGONFORCE and also produced, mixed and mastered it, adds further energy, clarity and precision to the new material. The cover artwork was created by Mark Riddick. With their new lineup, DRAGONFORCE will take the new album around the world, with the first concerts and festival appearances already announced, and more dates to follow.

With Alissa White-Gluz on vocals, DRAGONFORCE unlock a completely new range of musical possibilities. As the band themselves put it, this is an album “unlike any DragonForce album you've ever heard” – a new version of the band that takes it to another level.
