After the release of their debut EP "Burn It" in October 2016, which kicked off a tour across small venues in France, Dreadful Hippies began producing and recording their first album in the spring of 2019 (April/May). This album, titled "Rover," features around ten tracks that capture the same essence that made their EP live performances a success. "Rover" is a journey through 90s rock infused with a modern twist, blending the powerful moments of intense and captivating rock. Its intention is clear: to get you moving with a sharp rhythmic section, effective guitar riffs, and to take you through a range of emotions from one track to another with Niko Green's clear and occasionally gritty vocals. This album continues the introspective journey of an individual becoming aware of their emotions through life experiences and their surroundings.
