Elmer Food Beat means: 1 million records sold, a sold-out Olympia, a Victoire de la Musique award, over 1,000 concerts, millions of kilometers traveled, thousands of girls loved, and already 40 years of a career…
To celebrate this anniversary, the band is back with Les Quarantièmes Réjouissantes, a festive and generous EP featuring four of their tracks revisited alongside exceptional guest artists: Didier Wampas, Tristan Nihouarn, FredBastar, Laura Dupuy and Amandine Volpi (Pussy Miel).
And because 40 years calls for a few surprises, the EP also includes an unreleased track, "Les Rebelles à deux balles", as well as "Couroucoucou roploplo", recorded live at La Cigale, rounding off the celebration.
RIYL's: Matmatah, Les Fatals Picards, Les Wampas and Zebda.
