Freak Kitchen is back with their tenth album, titled: Everyone Gets Bloody. 11 intense songs cover subjects ranging from polarization,
psychotherapy, the death of an influencer, experts, to small rebellious acts in everyday life, gravity, and grief.
A heavy album with eight and nine-stringed guitars, pounding drums, and low-tuned bass, but always with melody and songwriting in focus, and all produced and recorded by the band's singer and guitarist Mattias IA Eklundh, mixed by IA and Jakob Hermann at Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg.
Freak Kitchen is a highly regarded Band on Stage around the world, a trio with a down to earth attitude but always with a lot of determination and a twinkle in their eyes. Always raw. Always 100% live.
Everyone Gets Bloody will be followed by concerts around the world during 2024-2025, something the band has been eagerly anticipating as they have consciously avoided all forms of live streaming performances in the past years. A Freak Kitchen concert is always about interaction with the audience, spontaneity, and improvisation in the moment.
