Two years after their acclaimed debut album, the all-female trio GRANDMA’S ASHES returns with BRUXISM, a sophomore release with New Wave and Grunge undertones, driven by the need to elevate an enraged and socially conscious voice.
Produced alongside Canadian producer Jesse Gander (known for his work with Brutus), BRUXISM successfully preserves the French band's Alternative Goth Rock identity, while evolving it with more direct tracks built for live performance.
Lyrically, the trio sounds a powerful alarm, tackling highly relevant contemporary issues such as mental health and loneliness, which increasingly affect our society.
