Scott Holiday, guitarist of RIVAL SONS, releases his debut solo album "Topology." This bold artistic direction, fully embraced by the guitarist, began as an instrumental project. It is a collection of ideas gathered here and there, inspired by the musician's creativity, capturing snapshots before revealing a common language and atmosphere filled with psychedelic experiments, diverse textures, and rhythms that push him out of his comfort zone. This project was developed in collaboration with Michael Miley, drummer of Rival Sons, and later with keyboardist Jesse Nason, who adds his own vintage sounds. Describing the evolution of his ideas, Scott Holiday expresses surprise that "they were no longer just instrumental pieces. They were ready for a story. Once I realized that, the lyrics came to me quickly. That's when I knew it was time to embody this new role. I had to be the one to tell these stories."
