Hot Sass is the anticipated sophomore record by Liz Cooper (Liz Cooper & The Stampede). Produced by Benny Yurco (Grace Potter and The Nocturnals, Michael Nau) and recorded live in a one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, VT. Completed just days before the world went into lockdown, the album is a huge growth for Cooper, with matured themes and experimentation in psychedelic sounds and textures. Hot Sass also features notable cowriters- "Getting Closer", co-written and featuring Michael Nau, as well as "My Oh My" cowritten with Jessie Baylin.
