The Finnish duo with the unusual name, which translates as Spice Girls, will probably have caught the eye of anyone who has already seen the new Aki Kaurismäki film "Falling Leaves". Here, the two sisters appear at Kaurismäki's request and perform their eerily sad and beautiful songs…..
"The Melancholy Masters" Maustetytöt are releasing their newest album March 17th, titled "Maailman onnellisin kansa".
The album has been produced by the pioneer of experimental music, Vladislav Delay, and features unique artwork by the painter Anna-Liisa Kankaanmäki.
