Since the first Winter Music Conference took place in Miami in 1985, the electronic music event has grown inexorably and quickly became one of the most important trade fairs of its kind. For several years a compilation by Milk & Sugar Recordings has accompanied this superlative event. Mixed by label owner Milk & Sugar himself, also this year's edition provides an allencompassing and ground-breaking look at what the electronic music scene has to offer.
