When asked about the inspiration behind their project, Perfecto responds without hesitation: it’s the fierce desire to pay tribute to the references and influences that have shaped its members over the years, from the '60s to the present day. Formed in 2018 in Val d'Oise (95) by five friends with solid backgrounds (Enhancer, Bukowski, Gogol Premier, Jim Murple Memorial, and more), the band aims to create a unique universe that blends pop, soul, and progressive sounds, all shaken up with a rock’n’roll spirit. You can hear echoes of The Beatles, Otis Redding, Bowie, and even Queen, to name just a few.
"Quasar Of Love" is a 40-minute odyssey, a tribute to love in all its forms, recorded by Vincent Thermidor at the Tour Fine studio in Herblay (with contributions from Aude Henneville, Patrice Vigier, Jules Box, Crooks and the Dylans, Malemort, and others) and mastered by Raphaël Jonin at J Raph Ing studio (known for working with Paul Personne, Rita Mitsouko, Les Négresses Vertes, Eddy Mitchell, and more), all wrapped in artwork by Zariel. The band is now ready to share their music with a wider audience.

Set in a distant future where absurdity, individualism, and the quest for power have permeated a fully explored, colonized, and polluted universe, mirroring a dystopian Earth, Bobby, disillusioned and discouraged by his peers, can no longer sing his love songs and steps away from the spotlight. After a period of depression and despair, Bobby refuses to be defeated, and the optimistic, deeply humanistic side of him embarks on a quest to rediscover this lost love. Will he find it?
