SAGENBRINGER, the folk-metal storytellers from the far north, are back with new tales after a brief hiatus, and this time they dive into a world that couldn’t be more legendary: On “Sagendarium,” three stories are presented from the world of J.R.R. Tolkien, the creator of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit. Celebrate Bilbo’s 110th birthday with all of the Shire, ride into battle with the Rohirrim, or stand alongside the Haradrim at the side of the Dark Lord Sauron. Following their third studio album “Zwischen den Welten” and a successful first headlining tour for that album, SAGENBRINGER are releasing a new collection of stories in the same year. What began as a single song for the famous Tolkien Days quickly expanded into a three-song project. Tolkien’s inspiration thus gave rise to “Sagendarium.” Follow the four skalds to Middle-earth and immerse yourself in what is arguably the most beautiful fictional world that has ever existed. With “Sagendarium,” SAGENBRINGER enter a story world for the first time that does not stem from mythology or folklore. Captured on 10" orange marbled vinyl and CD digipak with an included fold-out poster. As a highlight for vinyl lovers, the band’s logo is engraved on the B-side.
