The Pineapple Thief reissue their 2010 album, ‘Someone Here is Missing’, newly remixed & remastered by Bruce Soord in 2025. Since the release of the album in 2010, The Pineapple Thief have gone on to establish themselves as one of the leading lights in Europe's experimental rock domain. Formed in 1999 by founder & chief songwriter Bruce Soord, The Pineapple Thief have found success both domestically & internationally, with sold out worldwide tours & a slew of albums that have charted around the world, 2016's ‘Your Wilderness’ making the UK Album Chart Top 75 with 2018's follow-up ‘Dissolution’ peaking at #36, alongside #1 UK Rock & Metal, #22 German album chart & #4 Netherlands Platomania album chart. The band's most recent album ‘It Leads To This’ reached #1 in the UK Rock & Metal chart.
‘Someone here is Missing’ marked a significant step forward for the band, as frontman Bruce Soord honed & perfected his songwriting & which he describes as "a record of dark edges, full of love & regret." The artwork was designed by the legendary Storm Thorgerson, famous for creating some of the most recognisable artwork of the last 30 years, including albums by Pink Floyd (Dark Side Of The Moon, Division Bell), Muse, Led Zeppelin & many more.
This edition of ‘Someone Here Is Missing’ was remixed & remastered by Bruce Soord in 2025 & is presented as a 4-panel CD digipack. This edition also includes the 5-track EP ‘Show A Little Love’, also remixed & remastered by Bruce Soord in 2025.
