The Stone Roses occupy a unique place in British music history. This three-disc collection celebrates the band's remarkable legacy through a carefully curated selection of broadcast recordings from across their career. Featuring seminal live performances captured at the height of their powers alongside rare demo recordings and early versions of many of their most beloved songs, these recordings offer a fascinating insight into the development of one of Britain's most influential bands.

First up on DISC ONE is the electrifying live performance The Stone Roses delivered at the Town and Country Club in Leeds in December 1995. Drawn from their Second Coming (1994) era, the show captures the band in top form, powering through material from both their landmark debut and the then-recently released Second Coming.

DISC TWO features two broadcasts from 1989, the first recorded at Manchester's legendary Haçienda and the second at Nippon Seinenkan in Tokyo. Recorded in the same year that The Stone Roses was released, the performances on this disc find the band at the peak of their critical and commercial success, tearing through album tracks and early singles with aplomb.

Closing the set on DISC THREE is a collection of previously unreleased demo sessions, all of which differ from those included on subsequent reissues of their debut album. Featuring early radio sessions, rehearsal demos, alternate versions and even recordings by the proto-Roses outfit The Waterfront, this collection of demos and rarities is an invaluable document, chronicling the genesis of the future classics that would ultimately appear on their eponymous debut.
