Insatiable, VLAD IN TEARS are always on the lookout for new sounds and arrangements, ranging from 80s wave to the hardest and most modern rock sound. The strongest part of the band is the voice of singer Kris kennt. The band released a total of seven studio albums between 2007 and 2020. PORPORA will now be the next big step in the band's career.
Kris about "Porpora": "This album is absolutely our most important work so far. It took us almost 2 years to make. It's been written during the lock-down,in fact,all the topics treated in this album are related to loneliness, sorrow, dark heavy thoughts about death, self harm and suicide. I've been personally struggling with these heavy thoughts myself, and,writing these songs it has been very therapeutic.
I believe that whoever has been facing these hard times and feelings at least once in their life, will find this album meaningful and helpful, since I've managed to survive those dark times and I have written about it.
We can't simply give up to our hopes and dreams, we have to keep fighting for it."
