After “Corona De Frastimus”, Sardinian Native Black Metal veterans VULTUR came back with after six years with “Ogu Liau” with a completely different line-up. Once again, the record was released by a south american label, this time from Chile. VULTUR style has always been aggressive, unmerciful and fast-paced, showcasing intriguing riffs and a certain degree of dark violence. Fans of old Satyricon, Marduk, Mayhem and Immortal will find themselves pleased, as well as for the lovers of Dissection's melodic bridges, old Rotting Christ's evocativeness and Mortuary Drape's rhythmic dynamism and heaviness. Founded exactly 20 years ago, VULTUR has been one of the very first Black Metal acts featuring lyrics in Sardinian Campidanese language, with themes about Sardinian occultism and folk superstitions. Sardinia, the island whose ancient population dates back to the Bronze Age, features a rich archaic history and culture, whose folklore still breaths nowadays within its fond population. After a sold-out small reissue on tape for the South-american market and after the success of the recent “Cultores De Perdas E Linna”, the cd is available for the first time on the European market
