Iceland, a thrash metal band from the Paris region, formed in the early 1990s. After releasing their first album in 1995 and playing more than 200 concerts throughout France with national and international artists, the band split up in 1998.
In 2021, the machine was restarted, and they decided to revive Iceland from its ashes and re-record the 1995 album with modern technical means.
Iceland called on the world's finest drummers to participate in this album, such as Franky Costanza, American star Dirk Verbeuren, and Aurelien Ouzoulias to provide the drums.
The album will be produced by HK from Vamacara Studio and will benefit from a large production, but it is on stage that Iceland comes into its own, and this album will be promoted throughout France and beyond. The tone has been set... Iceland is back, and not just to make up the numbers...
